WASHINGTON, D.C.—Congressman Pat Harrigan (NC-10), a combat-decorated Green Beret and defense entrepreneur, was officially sworn in as a member of the 119th Congress to represent North Carolina’s Tenth District. During a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, he took the oath of office administered by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.
