WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today, Congressman Pat Harrigan (NC-10) voted to pass H.J. Res. 89, a resolution to block the Biden Environmental Protection Agency’s waiver allowing California to impose extreme new low-NOx emissions mandates on trucks and heavy-duty engines.
